Roman Giovanni

Bio: Well known, well respected, and well feared in organized crime of the criminal underground, this ventriloquist dummy had once been a human cursed by a fortune teller that he had been extorting for protection money for her store.  When she was unable to pay, Roman had his gang torch the building with her inside, however she place a curse on Roman turning him into a ventriloquist dummy while gang was arrested and sent to prison.  The was found by an old man who had tried to sale him, but couldn't as people ran away from him when trying to talk to them.  One day, a skeleton walked into the store and saw Roman, who remained quiet, and bought him.  As soon as they were at the skeleton's home, Roman talked, startling the skeleton.  Roman introduced himself and told his story and and the skeleton told his, stating that ever respects him and never notice him.  Roman made a promise that if the skeleton helped him, he'd help the skeleton get what he wanted.  The skeleton introduced himself as Oswald Bonesly.

Strengths and abilities:  Roman is a criminal mastermind, thinking of plans that run like clockwork.  He is able to move his arms and hands on his own when carried by Oswald, as such, would be able to only move his mouth without him.  He also carries an air of authority and has gained resources from various deals he's made with other crime bosses.  The connections he has allows him to keep control over any other criminals who have made a deal with him.  Since he requires Oswald for mobility, he manipulates him under his control by reminding him that without Roman he'll go back to being a nobody.

Weaknesses:  Since Roman is just a ventriloquist dummy, he has no physical strength, relying on the stronger members of his gang for brute force.  Roman also has a tendency to underestimate his opponents, leading to his downfall.  Roman also has a temper that reveals itself when called a dummy or doll.
